Naturally rich in iodine, vitamin A and carotenoids, PDO Isigny Butter is distinguished by its beautiful “buttercup†colour and its taste is dominated by gentle notes of hazelnut and cream. Isigny PDO Butter is made with fresh, delicious Isigny PDO Cream. The Isigny Cream is churned to form grains of butter. The Isigny PDO Butter is rinsed in fresh water to remove the non-fat part of the milk, which is known as buttermilk or whey. The butter is then kneaded to obtain a smooth texture, with a min of 82% fat content No artificial flavours, preservatives or colouring. Best Before 05.03.24
